Fantastic but...

This is an excellent fountain. Bought to replace a B&M one that packed up. Plenty of water, the pump is great, the water is lovely. The only downside to it is that it is really loud.

Very nice fountain, however it is really noisy, so much so that I have to turn it off when in the kitchen.

Best fountain

Was looking for a fountain to encourage my cats to drink and to replace one that failed. This has a nice large bowl and my cats are happy to drink from it.

Good enough

I originally ordered another one for my sister's cat as a Christmas present but from my part making a blunder on the house number she never received it. Didn't get to follow up with the vendor until all the Christmas and NY fuss was over. The deliver driver whom I contacted to know about the mis delivery and the vendor PetPlanet knowing my mishap was very helpful and I was able to order another one with discounted price (not my first choice as it was out of the list). My sister's cat was a bit wary about the noise the fountain was making as it was her first ever mechanic water fall bowl. But now she drinks from it. And seems very happy. I am so glad with my positive experience with PetPlanet. I just want to say a big Thank you!
