Excellent customer service!

We ordered a ball and it didn't flash! We hadn't even unwrapped it. I emailed pet planet got a reply within five minutes and another on its way within 24 hours. Great service ensuring I will continue to order from them. As for the ball it's very bright when flashing and so good for playing in the dark. Only small issue if your dog is slow to get the ball it stops flashing once it's no longer moving. It's a nice soft rubber too so easy on their mouth.
