The Scruffs Cosy Soft-Walled Bed is a warm dog bed in grey, with two-tone faux suede outside and a deep soft plush to lie on. The walls are soft and squash down, so a dog can rest their chin on the edge.

The filling is recycled PET fibre, which holds its cushioning and insulates against a cold floor. It has a non-slip base and an embroidered logo, and goes in the machine at 30°C.

Soft walls give way. A dog who likes to lean their whole weight against a firm side will be better in the Chester Box Bed, which is made in one piece for more support.

For a small or medium dog who feels the cold, this is the one we would go with.

Scruffs photograph it with two Miniature Dachshund puppies on the Medium.

Size Guide

Sizes Small: 50 x 40 x 12cm (19.6" x 15.7" x 4.7") Medium: 60 x 50 x 14cm (24" x 20" x 5.5") Large: 75 x 60 x 16cm (29.5" x 24" x 6.3") X-Large: 90 x 70 x 18cm (35.4" x 27.5" x 7") How to choose These are the outside measurements of the bed. The walls take up part of that, so the space your dog actually lies in is smaller. Measure your dog curled up asleep. That needs to fit inside the walls, not within the outside size. If your dog is between two sizes, go up. Box beds suit dogs who curl up. If your dog sleeps stretched out flat, a mattress will suit them better.
