The Scruffs Coastal Box Bed is a striped dog bed in blue, with high walls and a matching cushioned sleep area. It is a lighter, summery look, and also comes in green.
The high walls give a dog something to lean on and a sense of being tucked in. It has a non-slip base, a 100% recycled polyester filling, and goes in the machine on a gentle 30°C wash.
There is no Small. For a Miniature Dachshund-sized dog who wants a bed of their own, the Harmony Box Bed and Wilton Box Bed both start at Small, 50 x 40cm. For a dog who sleeps stretched out, any box bed is the wrong shape; a mattress suits them better.
For a dog who curls up, from a French Bulldog to a Collie, this is a good-looking everyday bed.
Scruffs photograph it with two Miniature Dachshund puppies on the Medium and a Collie on the X-Large.
