Scruffs Alpine Appalachians Cat Tree - Taupe

The Scruffs Alpine Appalachians is the smallest Alpine cat tree we sell, in taupe. It stands 63cm tall on a 45cm square base, with a sisal scratching post, one bed and pom poms to play with.

It is a scratching post first and a bed second, and it fits in a corner.

The posts are pear wood wrapped in sisal rope. Cats like scratching real wood, and the sisal gives them a second, rougher texture. The beds and platforms are covered in a thick textured faux fur over a recycled polyester filling, and the bedding comes off for the wash.

There is one bed and no cave, so it is for one cat. If you have two, or a cat who likes to hide, the Alpine Colorado adds a cave, a perch and a cushion. The base and platform are chipboard.

For a flat, or a single cat who mainly needs somewhere to scratch, this is the one we would go with. It comes flat-packed and needs putting together. The tools are in the box.

Scruffs photograph it with a Domestic Shorthair.
