Puppyhood is a time of big changes. During your medium-sized puppy's intense growth period, they need enough calories and the right nutrients to grow healthily. ROYAL CANIN Medium Puppy is specially formulated to support the nutritional needs of medium-sized puppies. This formula is suitable for 2 to 12-month-old puppies that should reach an adult weight of 11-25kg.
This formula contains nutrients such as vitamins C and E to help support the puppies' natural defences while their immune systems are still developing. It is enriched with omega-3 fatty acids (such as DHA) which help to support healthy brain development in puppies. Thanks to a combination of beneficial prebiotics (such as FOS, MOS and beet pulp) and highly digestible proteins, ROYAL CANIN Medium Puppy also helps to support a healthy balance of intestinal microbiota (gut flora) for good digestion. Additionally, the formula contains an optimal energy content designed to satisfy the energy needs of growing, medium-sized puppies.
The kibble in ROYAL CANIN Medium Puppy has also been specially designed for the mouth of a medium-sized puppy. It's intended to be large enough to discourage bolting, but not so big that a puppy becomes reluctant to eat. It also helps to support dental health, thanks to a mechanical brushing effect as your puppy chews.

This Royal Canin food has been a really good choice so far. The kibble is tiny, so he can chew it easily, and he actually enjoys it, which is a win because he’s normally a bit picky. Overall he just seems more energetic and healthy and the coat is shiny. It’s not the cheapest bag of puppy food, but for me the quality shows, and the 2kg size is handy because it stays fresh and lasts a decent amount of time. Overall, really happy with it and would definitely buy it for small-breed puppies.
As soon as I opened the packet she wanted to get in to sample so I was pleased when she also licked the bowl I poured her clean within seconds. Previously she'd been a little gassy and had soft poos but with this food, those problems seem have cleared up which we're both happy with. She's an active dog and this food appears to give her the right amount of energy she needs
Royal Canin Puppy Medium Dry Dog Food comes in a sturdy 3kg bag. The good thing about this dog food is that the kibble is a really good size catered for puppies. It contains all the nutrition, vitamins and minerals for growth period and also the calories needed to grow healthily at a steady rate. My pup absolutely loved this kibble. He tried it on its own and also with a bit of warm water. He actually begged for more! I highly recommend this food as it completely caters for your pup’s growth and development.
We recently trialled Royal Canin Puppy food for our medium-sized puppy, and the experience has been excellent. We tried this food towards the end of our dog's puppy hood in order to figure out what to move to next. At 11 months, it felt like he needed a lot of this to sustain himself, compared to his usual brand. He very much seemed to enjoy the food and wolved it down each feeding time. It seems to digest well and has definitely helped with his flatulence. The food doesn't smell great but seeks to be doing the trick for our record taste wise. Having read up on the brand, they appear to come out top on a lot of puppy food lists so we would certainly consider this for the future.
My puppy had absolutely no problem in clearing the bowl and eating every last bit of this kibble. He seemed to be full after eating because he didn’t go looking for anymore snacks so it seemed to satisfy. If I were to use it in future I would
probably add boiled eggs etc so that he could have the goodness of fresh food and not just kibble. The size of the pieces were good I wasn’t worried about choking and he got through it easily. Happy customer.
We have a cocker spanial puppy and from the 1st time using this food he loved it. He is a very fussy puppy and with other dry foid he would eat it a couple of times and never touch it again but with Royal Canin Puppy food he clears the bowl and we have purchased more. Would highly recommend.
My puppy loves this, she's a cocker X bulldog , and loves it and enjoys her meals. I'm convinced her coat is glossier. She has a good appetite but no issues changing brands for this. The kibble is a good size and I used it in her slow feed bowl with no issues
I was looking forward to Dexter trying this as he loves dry food so I was interested to see what he thought. He loved it - the size is perfect and he soon polished off the bowl! I will definitely be buying this from now on, it really seems to suit him and he's looking healthy. I even pop a few in my pocket for walks - as a treat for good behaviour. Highly recommend.
Ted really loves this food, small pieces which are easy for him to chew and it must taste great because he cleared the bowl every single time. One thing that he didnt like was that we saw the cat stealing it more than once too - she's ridiculously fussy so it must be good.
Really happy with this kibble. It goes down well and my puppy has good quality stools when eating exclusively this food. First time using this product and I have to say that the kibble is perfect size for my dog, she loves it and woof's (pardon the Pun) it down, her coat seems really shiny too, she is full of life whist eating this, so would highly recommend.
