Specially designed to trap cat litter, this Purrshire Cat Litter Mat has a cat-friendly, comfortable, soft surface that opens up your cat's paws to dislodge any litter that is trapped without doing any harm to your pet’s paws.

Made from PVC rubber, it features a non-slip backing that keeps the mat firmly in place and prevents moisture and particles from reaching your floor. The mat is suitable for use with any size litter box and can be easily cleaned with mild soap and water.

Effective

Use these in front of the cat litter trays and we find them quite effective at what they're supposed to do. Great value, very competitively priced.

Great idea but not so effective

My cats make such mess when using the litter tray. This mat catches some of it but the tiny pieces of cat litter get stuck in it and is now embedded within.

Litter trap

So glad I purchased these mats as they stop most of the litter being transferred around my home, they are not perfect as both my kittens love to kick their litter everywhere. Very easy to clean off, just shake them off in the bin, then I quickly run the vacuum cleaner over them.

Litter trap mat

I'm really pleased with this mat it stops litter being carried around the house, and saved my new carpet tiles when puss had an accident when he went over the edge of the tray. The wet was held within the border of the mat, lifting carefully I was able to drain it back into the tray, pop the mat in the washinmg machine on a quick wash, and it came out perfect.

Does the job 80%s which is probably the best any mat could be expected to do.

Bought this mat on the sale and it is well worth getting. Prevents MOST of the litter from being walked through the house, so worth buying it..

Really does catch the litter

This mat does what it says on the tin. It really does catch the first couple of littery steps and saves a lot of clearing up. I just lift the mat & shake it outside the back door and the stray litter shakes out very easily. Well worth it's very reasonable cost.
