The product and the speedy delivery as usual at a very high standard, but the online presence is now pretty awful. It looks as though all the order history has been lost so it is no longer possible to re-order, there is no phone number to be found anywhere and this review site is not at all good. Taps on the stars only worked after several minutes, and getting up this particular panel on which comments could be written took ages, with many seconds spent looking at unanswering screens , and many more seconds spent looking at first in all white screen, and then a dark green one. It all looks like a typical case of updating a website that needed no improvement and then releasing it before it has been properly tested. At 91 years old and with very poor sight, I can do without this kind of annoyance. Good products, good delivery, poor website.

Great Food! My Casper really loves it!

This is a great dry food, Casper really loves it! which is a big relief as he had been poorly and needed to lose weight and I can honestly say he has lost weight which is great without compromising his enjoyment.
