PRO PLAN VETERINARY DIETS Canine HA Hypoallergenic is a complete hypoallergenic veterinary diet for the diagnosis and management of food allergies in dogs of all ages, including puppies.

Some dogs may suffer from food allergy, which can cause skin discomfort and/or digestive upsets. PRO PLAN VETERINARY DIETS Canine HA Hypoallergenic is a true hypoallergenic diet specially formulated with a single protein source and purified carbohydrate source and, in addition, the protein has been broken down (hydrolysed) into very tiny components that are too small to cause an allergic reaction,. Such hydrolysed diets are recognised as the best type of food to use during an 'elimination diet trial' when trying to diagnose (or rule out) food allergy. During such a trial it is important that your dog is fed no other food or treats. PRO PLAN VETERINARY DIETS Canine HA Hypoallergenic is also useful for dogs with severe bowel disease such as IBD as it is particularly highly digestible.

KEY BENEFITS:

  • Single hydrolysed protein with low molecular weight to help avoid allergic responses
  • Purified carbohydrate sources to help avoid allergic responses
  • With omega-3 fatty acids to help maximise natural anti-inflammatory processes
  • Enhanced levels of zinc, omega 6 and vitamin A is also involved to all together give this feed exceptionally high protein, carbohydrate and fat digestibility
  • Re-sealable and recyclable packaging

Suitable for: Dogs from 4 months old that experience food intolerance and for the long-term management of food allergies.

Good value

My vet recommended this food as my 10 year old GSD has a very sensitive tummy and suggested I use this food. I am pleased to report that my girl no longer has any problems since I made the swap. I would therefore highly recommend this food.

Life saving

My vet recommended this for my 5 month old pup who has various health issues. As he can't eat regular dog food and other prescription food wasn't working this has been his life saver, he's put weight on and is a huge bundle of energy now. The service and price from Pet Planet is excellent.
