PRO PLAN Veterinary Diets Adult UR Urinary Wet Cat Food is a tasty, complete dietetic pet food for adult cats for the dissolution of struvite stones and the reduction of struvite stone recurrence with urine acidifying properties and low level of magnesium.

It can also help nutritionally manage feline idiopathic cystitis by increasing water intake and encouraging the production of dilute urine.  

It contains nutrients such as omega-3 fatty acids and natural sources of glycosaminoglycans which help support the health of the urinary tract.

Increased water consumption can help dilute the urine and further decrease the risk of crystal formation. For dissolution of struvite stones, an initial feeding period of 5–12 weeks is recommended. Continue feeding for at least 4 weeks after complete dissolution and ideally for a minimum of 6 months to reduce recurrence. An initial feeding period of up to 6 months is recommended, but this product is suitable for long-term feeding. It is recommended that a veterinarian’s opinion be sought before use and before extending the period of use. Clean, fresh drinking water should always be available.
