Fantastic quality dog food that both my dogs wolf down. On other foods they have lost weight and had stomach issues- will stick with this one now as dogs are healthy, a good weight and are in excellent condition.
I have had a subscription with your company for quite some time. However, because my parcel was delivered to the wrong address and I was informed by one of your employees that I should go and collect it myself because it was only a few minutes away from my home, I find this completely unacceptable.
Being told to collect a parcel from another address because someone made a mistake sounds like a joke. For this reason, I am cancelling my subscription with your company.
The level of customer service I have received is unacceptable.

My dogs love this food - it’s the only kibble they consistently finish and when on it they are healthy and a stable weight. Everytime I try another I end up back on Orijen.

Have been using this food for over 4 years and my Shiba loves it. It has great nutrients and his bowel movement is regular and healthy, without any loose stool. Recommended!
Great quality food! I have always been feeding Orijen to my boy and I was always very happy with it. Pet plan has a fast delivery and always has stock, I am very happy with the service.
Our eight year old likes variety so we vary the flavours. She appears to be happy with Orijen, can still run at great speed and doesn't have any health issues. Although expensive the quality is high compared to some other foods so have to hope we save on vet's bills! Petplanet are easy to deal with and usually deliver promptly.
I've been feeding my GSD for 2.5 Orijen. She is healthy, has a great coat and loves this food. Having hip dysplasia she has to be on the lean side so high protein food is essential. Permanent aid the only place I've found that can deliver this quickly without delay. They stock all types and it's dispatched and received within a couple of days
Our dog has been on this kibble (varying flavours) all her life - she's nearly 3 years old now. She's a strong, healthy and happy dog and I believe the quality of the food she's given plays a large part. This is expensive for dry dog food, but I think it worth every penny.
My dog is a fussy eater. He had been having the original Origen but seems to enjoy the regional red more. . I am also happy with the ingredients listed.
My 2 year old Rottie had been on Orijen large puppy food till January when we changed him to Orijen Regional Red and what a difference. No sloppy poohs or upset stomachs. We didn't realise he obviously didn't agree with the puppy food but now he's like a different dog it's a real game changer only 1 pooh and he's loving it. Just started ordering 2 x 11kg bags.
Great quality food, been feeding our GSD this for the past year. Her coat is glossy and she looks so healthy. As a pup with hip dysplasia we looked for good lean, grain free food for her. She can be picky, sometimes turns her nose up but always eats it, I mix some of the Regional Red with fit and trim to keep her interest. Orijen isn't stocked everywhere and previous experience led me to petplanet. They always have stock at great prices, although I appreciate its not the cheapest. We wanted to give our dog the best we could afford and we're not disappointed.
One of the best food ever. Good ingredients, amazing flavours and quality. This is one of the brand that you are paying more for good quality of food for your fur baby.
My dog loves these kibbles; he pounces on the bowl (and any stray spills). I am impressed by the product quality. Yes, it's expensive, but I am reassured that it's worth the price after six months of use. A lot of thought has gone into the packaging, as well, but I have often had problems with the "zip". I can see Orijen is trying to improve that component. PetPlanet delivered promptly and safely.

Fabulous food for my two Westies. Westies well known for having sensitive skin and prone to problems which are often triggered by additives in many popular brands - even those promoted by some vets. Check out the rankings sites for health dog foods Origen always in the top few brands for quality and being free of harmful substances. It is a higher price product but worth it for peace of mind and my two love it!!!
Arrived promptly, good condition. Loved by all of my dogs, particularly Papillion. Good source of oil for her and skin, cuts up easily as kibble too large for her. I also use the small dog orijen for Papillion and toy poodle.
Since transferring Teddy to Orijen product he has become more energetic and his coat has become so shiny, it's expensive yes but worth every penny
Tried this flavour as to give her some variety, however I think it�s maybe a bit rich for her will stick to the original one from now on. Great stuff she loves it.
Rotated from Six Fish ( that was excellent to until they moved the production from Canada ) and my dog loves this flavour. She cannot have chicken or tomato so this is perfect. Since switching her stools are firm, her coat is more glossier and she is full of energy. I will not switch brands due to the high quality and results i have seen. I will rotate if she get bored of flavour but hopefully not as this one seems t have completely settled her. ( French Bull Dog ).
After trying several different market brands which my dog hated I decided to try this one. My fussy lab loves it and she�s thriving on it. Her coat is shiny, her poop is great and overall she looks healthy. Expensive food but well worth the price. Currently on the 4th 11.4kg bag.
