Excellent litter box which i have been using for many years and only ordered another as my one got damaged. You need to use a fine clumping litter and it has a maximum and minimum level for the litter. If you use the correct litter and level it does not stick to the bottom and if it does you just give it a bash on the bottom. As it sifts the litter into the tray for easy disposal and it lasts a long time and very easy to use. I would definitely recommend but was very disappointed how long Pet Planet took to deliver. I ordered early on a Thursday morning and as it hadn't been dispatched by the Monday I telephoned and was told it takes 3 to 5 working days and I should have by Thursday. As I needed urgently and it hadn't arrived by the Thursday I telephoned again and was told changing warehouses! I was told I should received by Monday and fortunately it did get delivered on the Saturday. I was not impressed with delivery as considered it very poor service.

Extremely poor overpriced quality this is absolutely shocking it's uneven cheap poorly aligned it doesn't match up properly and it certainly won't keep the litter in it when rolled there's gaps and the drawer doesn't sit flush either.
If you don't believe me check on all popular review site's and a popular video website.
It's unfit for purpose due to the poor manufacturing.

The litter box is poorly made. The plastic joints do not fit together.
Consequently, when the box is rolled to dispose of the waste, it all falls out of the openings onto the floor.
I have had one before and this is NOT how it works !!!
Unfortunately, I will need a refund.
