He runs away

Although I have given 4 stars for value and quality this is true but I am disappointed, I have a very short haired dog and I understood that it was suitable for short/medium haired dogs. I think the description should say medium to long haired pets. I will be finding a new home for the brush.

A decent brush

Not totally convinced about this brush. It is effective but one cat likes it and the other runs away from it. On the plus side the cat that runs away does not need so much brushing. It is very easy to clear out the bristles although I did manage to stab myself on one of them so am very careful when brushing the cats. Might need to find a similar one with caps or blunt tips.
