The Danish Design My First Bed is a soft round bed is specifically designed with puppies in mind and is made with soft knitted sherpa fleece for optimum warmth and comfort.

The unique comfort ring is filled with soft snuggly fibre and gives puppies an added feeling of security in their first few months. It can be removed as your pup grows, increasing the space for snoozing and lengthening the longevity of the bed.

Underneath the inner cushion is a pouch to take a standard size heat pad for even more warmth and a handy pocket on the side of the bed can be used to put a ticking clock inside. The ‘ticking’ mimics the heartbeat of the puppies mother and can help to reassure puppies in the first early weeks. It can also be used for storing a favourite toy.

Puppy loves it

We introduced this when puppy progressed from his crate at about 5 months and it�s become the safe space he goes to by himself now at bedtime. Minus 1 star as I didn�t find it very easy to clean. The woolly material doesn�t give up dog hairs easily and the removable cover doesn�t go on as well as it came off. Some proper washing instructions on a label or on the website would also be useful.

Walt loves it!!

Bought this as a welcome gift for a friends puppy......and he absolutely adores it. Its really soft and plush, and Oh so snuggly, Walt loves it soo much that he drags it everywhere with him. A great purchase!

Great for little ones

Bought for my 8 wk old pup. Like previous reviewer, had bought a bigger bed but pup would have been lost in it so bought this as a starter. It's perfect for a pup or small dog. At 9 wks old we're still using the inner ring but probably not for much longer. Pup seems very comfortable in it and has slept through the night in a downstairs room since we brought him home. Hope I've not jinxed that now! A lovely bed, a bit pricey for a starter but you get what you pay for. Definitely recommend it.

Perfect for new puppy.

Already had a bed I was going to use for my new puppy but when I saw this bed decided to purchase it. It is just perfect. He feels so secure in it and brings all his toys in there so no one can touch them! It�s definitely his safe place. My friend bought my puppy�s brother who also adored this bed so she purchased it too as he won�t get out of it when I visiting here! My pup (Ziggy) already needs centre hoop removed as too big but his bro fits in like it was made for him! Even for an older dog this bed is perfect. It is sturdy as well as so comfy for them. I�m hoping this will now be his forever bed! I highly recommend this bed it�s the best bed I have ever had and I have had a few over the years.

Perfect

We bought this for the pup who will be joining us soon. We wanted a bed that had high sides but easy to climb into. We were also looking for something that wouldn�t be too big but also wouldn�t need replacing too fast for a growing pup. Colour was also important as we wanted it to look good. This is the perfect purchase, with removable inner as puppy grows. It�s lovely and soft and we were pleased with the quality and design. We�re sure it will be well used. Price was excellent as was delivery.
