Haven't tried it in my sportage yet, but it works fine in the lounge for now.
I put it on the floor of the lower boot and when you put the cage down you can put the upper floor book on top and leave it in there when not in use. Using divider and it's just perfect best thing I brought. Would certainly recommend !!
This was superb for my X3, it provided plenty of space for my puppy Wheaten Terrier, the other half was used for shopping and bits and bobs, while he was safely cocooned in his section. I removed the divider when he got bigger to luxuriate in all that space. Definitely a great purchase, good quality and good value.
The large one fits perfectly in the back between the two inner wheel arches of my 2005 Nissan X-Trail. The divider gives our two 7kg terriers enough room each. Was a bit difficult initially trying to read the assembly instructions as they were in the bottom of the of the folded cage and inaccessible.
The large one is a perfect size for my 2018 qashqai the hardest thing is wondering if it fits
