Currently transitioning from raw to kibble and was told about Simpsons 80/20 by my vet. So far so good - my dog loves it, no upset tummy and the 80/20 makeup of protein to other ingredients has to be good. Cost per day has gone down too.
My dog who is a Lhasa Apso, has been on this food for years. He had a sensitive tummy and this works well for him. It isn’t the easiest to come by and as I live in Northern Ireland a lot of suppliers either won’t deliver or charge extortionate delivery costs. I am very grateful to Petplanet for supplying us. There were some issues with delivery ( probably due to the Christmas period) but Petplanet were excellent and ensured we got what we needed using express delivery.

We we recommended Simpsons from our breeder. I did my own bit of research. I did t want raw meat. I wanted kibble that was nutritious and good for my dog. I therefore chose 80/20. Imy final decision was based upon choosing a product made in the UK as I like to support local business and reduce carbon footprint of having a product made overseas. I found that Simpsons was competitively priced. Our dog loves this food- a bonus. She�s a Labrador so easy to please some might say. Her bowels are settled nicely and her poo�s are well formed on this product.

I really can�t fault the product or Petplanet but they need to have a word with Evri (the free service option) who have messed up my last two orders. Clearly this reflects upon the supplier to an extent. Ditch Evri as they are as bad now as they were as Hermes. Petplanet did resend both orders via another company with no issues, thank you.
We have a very energetic Sprocker Spaniel who was almost bouncing off the walls . We then discovered that his food was too high in carbohydrates and our trainer recommended changing to a high protein / low carbohydrate one. We ordered this product and couldn't believe the difference it made to his behaviour . It is more expensive than other commercial brands but worth every penny.
Nice to have what appears to be a good quality product produced in the uk, so involves less air miles. Dog seems to like it.
Fantatsic food. Cant comment on taste but this is a super choice for my boy. His coat is glossy, his teeth are lovely, hes energetic and satisfied. We tried a different version and it was like having a different dog! This one is a keeper.
We have used this food for our German Shorthaired Pointer for 6 years. She needs good nutrition as she is very active and this food has kept her in good condition with a shiny coat and she loves it, so I take her word for its taste. The formulation is good and it is made in the UK which I like.
