Purrshire Sofa Protect Cat Scratcher

I'm on my 3rd set of these (they last ages but not forever!). My sofa is unmarked. The cats love them. Our sofa doesn't have legs at the corner so we fit these upside down sitting on top of the arm and they also create a handy sofa arm table for remote/drinks etc.

My cat recently started expressing her need for vertical stretching by scratching my sofa, I was looking at some on Amazon but they looked rather flimsy and floppy- so I went with this one as it was on sale for 15 pounds. Quality score: 4 , this is because it isn't finished super well, you can see the staple where they have attached the mouse and it doesn't feel premium, which is fine by me because it was cheap! A huge positive is that it is the perfect height for my small cat, she can really stretch her shoulders with this. The scratching material is nice and robust, once the base is placed under the sofa leg it's very secure, and no, my sofa doesn't wobble because of it either. My cat loves it, I had to show her that she can scratch on it by scratching it with my nails, I recommend putting their paws on it manually and when they scratch to give them treats to encourage them to use it. All in all, great value for money and a really good size. Happy cat happy sofa!

This product is so good ive order another one so now my sofa will last abit longer. My cat absolutely loves them as she can stretch and keep her nails in trim with out getting told off. They are the greatest scratch post ive ever come across, we love them and would highly recommend

Certainly protects the furniture. So easy to put in place and the cat loves playing with the mouse which is attached. Great idea.

Well made sturdy item, and is stopping our cat scratch the corner of our sofa, fab.
