We offer the following delivery services

Express Delivery

Some items are available for Express Delivery, from an additional £3.00.

To make things easier for our customers we show on the product page beside the icon when this will be delivered if Express Delivery is selected at the checkout.

Please Note: The delivery date changes each day at 2pm and will also change to take account of weekends and courier bank holidays.

Order before midnight on any given Saturday and receive your order on Monday.

Weekend Delivery

Some items are available for Weekend Delivery, from an additional £4.00.

Order before 2pm on any given Friday to receive your order the same weekend.

Nominated Day Delivery

Choose a specific delivery day (Monday - Friday) that suits you, from an additional £3.00.

Orders can be placed up to 14 days in advance.

Free Delivery

We offer FREE DELIVERY on most UK orders over £39*

*however, regional surcharges may apply and will be clearly shown at checkout.

Your order will be delivered on a Standard Delivery service.

Standard Delivery

Our standard delivery charge is £4.99 no matter how many items you order. Regional surcharges may apply and will be clearly shown at checkout.

For customers who opt for Standard Delivery we will usually despatch your goods within 2 days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) and these will be delivered by one of our courier partners on a 2 or 3 day service, so it will take 3 to 5 working days to get the goods to you.

If a customer places an order on a weekend, we aim to have the goods before the next weekend. Some items delivered from our satellite warehouses may take a little longer to be delivered; in these cases you will be alerted to our expected despatch lead-time before checkout.

Two Man Delivery

Some of our bulkier items require a TWO MAN delivery service. Our courier partner will contact you directly to arrange a time when they will deliver the order.

Depending on the courier service we need to use for your order, delivery addresses in the following areas may require us to make a customised delivery charge. If a customised charge is required this will be clearly indicated at the shipping options page.

Please note that some larger/heavy orders with delivery addresses outside of the UK mainland may incur an additional surcharge to those detailed above. If this is the case we will call or email you before we proceed with your order.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland are currently subject to additional checks and restrictions as a result of Brexit, we are working hard to find a solution but your order may be delayed by a day or two or even cancelled as a result of customs checks.

International Orders: European Union

Due to restrictions placed on our European deliveries by our courier partners as a result of the UK leaving the EU, there is a range of products we are no longer able to send to EU countries. These products will have a note at the bottom of the product description and you will be prevented from checking out at the basket. We are working with our courier partners to find a solution to this problem and will update things when possible.

For orders placed over the phone we apply an additional £1.99 charge to cover the cost of our customer service staff (and to encourage you to order online; its cheaper for us if you do!).
*Deliveries are made Monday-Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm excluding Public Holidays, and we do not offer a Saturday delivery.
**When buying a gift voucher alongside other items, the value of the gift voucher does not contribute to the order value total for the purposes of calculating the free delivery threshold.

Delivery procedure

The majority of goods are shipped from our central warehouse; a few products are shipped from other locations and in these cases you may receive more than one delivery.

Tracking your order

We know once you have placed your order you want to know when it will be delivered, we will keep you informed by sending you an email to let you know: -

  • 1. Which of our courier partners will be delivering your order
  • 2. The courier tracking reference number
  • 3. A link to the courier tracking website

If for any reason you are not able to track your order using the details on this email then please get in touch using our customer contact form.

Damaged Goods

If your goods arrive damaged when delivered then we apologise and will do everything we can to rectify the situation.

IMPORTANT: When signing for the delivery, if there is any damage to the box at all please sign for as "damaged" or do not accept the delivery. All items damaged in transit must be notified to us within 48 hours using our customer contact form. Failure to do this may result in the item not being replaced.

The legal stuff

When you place an order you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This e-mail does not constitute acceptance amounting to a contract; acceptance takes place when the product is despatched, until which time are entitled to withdraw the offer. will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery and will not be liable for any loss or damage to goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.
