This is a wide ramp so not too much chance of slipping off. It is also quite heavy, but not too heavy for my 68 year old wife to manage with ease.
We have a large framed Labrador with a shoulder injury so she should not be jumping in and out of the car.
Having read a previous review where the ramp had been trialled on the stairs we did the same, it worked.
The next morning we tried it on the car. She walked straight up the ramp into her travel crate and there was no problem walking down the ramp to get out of the car.
As far as we are concerned this is a good investment.
