Getting Started

Select the "Repeat & Save" option on any eligible product, add the items to the basket and proceed to checkout. Select the quantity required and choose how often you'd like it delivered.

You'll need a Petplanet account to place a Repeat & Save order. This allows you to manage, track, and update your orders easily. Signing up only takes a minute – plus you'll get access to exclusive offers and discounts. Sign up here
Managing Your Subscription

Yes! You can add or remove items, update quantities, and even include one-time purchases with your next scheduled order.

You can choose your next delivery date and adjust how often you receive each item at any time from your account.

No problem – you can skip individual items or your entire order from your account settings.

Absolutely. We'll send you a reminder email 7 days before your Repeat & Save order is due to be processed, giving you plenty of time to make changes. You can cancel your subscription, or skip an item / order anytime up to 5 days before it's set to be processed. It's all in your hands.

Yes! You can have different Repeat & Save orders going to different addresses. Just log into your account to manage your delivery details.
Payments & Pricing

Simply sign in to your Repeat & Save account page – you'll be able to update your payment details there. We accept debit and credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

You'll only be charged when your order is processed, this can be up to 5 days before we ship your order.

The price you pay is based on the current Repeat & Save selling price at the time your order is processed. If the product happens to be on promotion, the lower price will be applied automatically. If not, the standard price will apply.

As part of the Repeat & Save order validation process, a temporary charge of 1p may appear on your card. This is a standard check to confirm your payment method is active. Don't worry - it's refunded in full within three - five days.

You can use loyalty points towards your Repeat & Save orders. Just log in, view your upcoming order, and apply your points. However, points aren't earned on Repeat & Save items, as they're already priced competitively.
Shipping & Notifications

We'll send you a reminder email 7 days before your order is due to ship. Once it's been processed, you'll receive a confirmation email - followed by a dispatch email with full tracking details as soon as it leaves our warehouse.

If an item in your Repeat & Save order isn't available, we may send a similar product to avoid any gaps in your pet's routine. If a suitable replacement isn't available, we'll let you know and remove the item from your subscription.

Due to the timing of the processing of Repeat & Save orders we are currently only able to offer standard delivery on Repeat & Save orders. We will keep this option in mind and review the system to see if we can add this service to make it more convenient to our customers.
