Item was 1st sent to me broken however making contact was very easy just had to send image of broken item,a new one was sent straight out,thank you kindy

As written above litter tray was sent out to me broken(item was placed in a box with a 15kg bag of rabbit food and also wood chippings with no packaging) on making contact with proof of image how arrived was sent a new one no problem, hopefully if order next time this doesnt occur would definitely advise maybe a seperate box for the litter tray or packaging for sure specially with a 15kg bag of rabbit food in box .

Exactly what we wanted

10 of these were purchased for the cat rescue I volunteer at. They are a good size to go into cages where we have ill cats or cats waiting for spaying/neutering or mum's and kittens as the sides aren't too high for 5-6 week old kittens to manage.
