Superb quality cat food Lily Manningham on 8 November 2021

I researched this product after my 16 Year old cats health was deteriorating. He has thyroid issues and subsequently kidney issues after taking the thyroid medication. I opted to remove all medications and solely feed the y/d cat food which has restricted iodine. After 6 months of this diet , wet & dry hes a new cat, hes put on weight and is happier in himself. Highly recommended. The cost works out the same value as supermarket brands when spread over a few weeks. Worth every penny!

Good value and good product.

The cat's new diet mintlaw1 on 29 November 2016

Very pleased with this product and the delivery service. Cat has a thyroid problem so prescribed y/d from the local vet - unfortunately local vet price is significantly more. Cat at first wasn't keen but gave it a go and after a while he decided it wasn't at all bad. Currently eating me out of house and home. Must be tasty as his fat housemate is pretty keen on it too (frequently needs directing to his own bowl).

Good quality and always fresh. rogersmith on 22 October 2016

Our cat Luke has been diagnosed with thyroid problems and due to his age (15 years) the Vet did not want to operate. He prescribed this diet for Luke and his health has greatly improved. As long as he is on this sole diet, the thyroidism is no longer an issue, and he leads a normal healthy life.

First time customer and experienced great service - thanks niknik on 15 August 2015

Our cat relies on Hills Y/D food but another supplier kept delivering the cans - that are very weak - in a damaged condition and hence could not be used. This was not the case with PetPlanet as the cans were packed within an outer box and they arrived in purr-fect condition. Thanks from our pussycat!

Misty has had to go on to this diet food and is sticking with it despite being a faddy eater ianpam on 22 May 2014

The food tends to loose its appeal and dry up once half the tin has been usedPerhaps a smaller tin could be madeWe do store it in the fridge once opened The packaging on our first order was poor We had six damaged tins Parcelforce do not handle the package with any respect
